CADConvert pro is
fault-tolerant
The system largely detects incorrect entries in the input files. Missing
input parameters are substituted with rational default settings.
CADConvert pro - customization-friendly
In the DXF environment, there are, for example, a number of representation
possibilities for practically every element of a CAD system. Each manufacturer naturally
selects one particular form of representation during the software writing process. The
result is a different "DXF dialect" for every CAD system. Which means, of
course, that the results of conversion of DXF files from differing output systems will
also turn out differently, because all the various "dialects" have to be
interpreted during reading of these DXF files.
CADConvert pro firstly transfers all possible information from the output
program into an extremely efficient graphic core. Only then does it start assigning
("mapping") the various elements to possible target system elements to achieve
best possible parametering of the conversion process. In CADConvert pro, mapping is
supported by means of graphical user guidance. The parameters can then be stored. These
functions make it possible to store scenarios for conversion from a range of output
programs or for different clients and retrieve them whenever they are needed.
Parameter setup
The parameters are presented in clearly
structured and easily understandable input boxes. Input is assisted by means of default
options and browsers.
Various setup scenarios can be selected.
